Booking Policy

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our policy.

Masks

Optional for all clients. Disposable masks can be requested.

Timeliness

Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.

Fees & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service. Deposit amounts vary based on the service booked. A late fee of $10 will be applied at the 10-minute mark if you are tardy. Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a 50% charge of the original service booked to compensate for the reserved time.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations to avoid forfeiture of your deposit and/or cancellation fees.

Refunds

We offer no refunds on all services. We encourage all clients to communicate any concerns or questions before or after services. We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues that may arise.

Guests

Only one guest is allowed in the waiting area inside the suite. Any additional guests will need to wait in the building lobby. Please note, no guests are permitted in the service area.

Forms

All forms are required and must be completed prior to your service. We ask that you complete them via the link sent through reminders. If not completed beforehand, you'll fill them out on an iPad or paper upon arrival.

Payments & Gratuity

Your remaining balance is due at the end of your service. We accept exact cash and/or card payments. Gratuity is highly appreciated.

Arrival

When you arrive for your service, please text 469-364-9139 to let us know you're here. If the door is open, you may come inside. If it's closed, it means we're currently with a client or busy. In those instances, we kindly ask that you wait on the sofa provided outside the door for your comfort. We'll come to get you when we're ready.

Environment

The spa environment is completely adjustable for your comfort, including table warmer, music, and lighting. We can chat, or if you'd prefer to sit back and relax, perhaps even take a nap, all are welcome.
